We can now ONLY take Click and collect orders from our shop on the High Street in Stone, Staffordshire or local drop off to STONE town within 2 miles radius.
MONDAY TO SATURDAY 9.30-5pm
Hours only valid to 24.12.2022
The website remains live to view shop stock for when coming to shop with us instore.
We are already experience delays with orders placed in November and with further strikes planned we don't want you not to get your order in time for Christmas so have suspended this option to shop online for postal delivery.
We can only apologies for the disappointment, but want to concentrate on the shop at our busy time as we are only a Mother & Daughter team and hope you understand.
Royal Mail will be taking industrial action on the following dates:
FULL STRIKES Friday 9th December & Sunday 11th December 2022
FULL STIKES Wednesday 14th & Thursday 15th December 2022
With more smaller strikes planned closer to christmas within different departments, impacting delivery times and meaning DELAYS WILL BE EXPECTED! There is already a huge backlog already happening so we can NO LONGER guarantee orders for Christmas and have suspended any further orders for post.
Unfortunately these strikes will have an impact on all postal collections and deliveries and will result in delays to receiving your orders.
Please be aware that due to the backlog of mail we expect there to be delays in deliveries up until Christmas. Express Delivery / Signed for services are not guaranteed during these strikes however, Royal Mail will prioritise these orders above the rest.
This situation is out of our control but we’re really sorry for the delays to your orders during this time, it has caused havoc for small businesses this Christmas.
**We have recommended putting your orders on SIGNED FOR or NEXT DAY delivery options during this time as these will take priority with Royal Mail.**
We endeavour to keep all items listed on the website IN STOCK, if a purchase is made for an item which is out of stock which happens occasionally then you will be notified either by phone or email.
Any out of stock items if possible would be forwarded on at a later date (at no additional cost), otherwise they will be Exchanged for another Item as a replacement or it will be refunded.
Please note when ordering HANDMADE & BESPOKE items such as Handmade Jewellery, Prints or Personalised Cards the ordering/shipping times are stated on the product page and gives their own guidelines as to timescales which will be in addition to the ones set out below.

If there is no one at home for your delivery, Royal Mail will usually leave a card with details of where the delivery is or how a new delivery may be arranged and in some circumstances may be have to be collected yourself from your local Royal Mail postal depot or a delivery re-arranged with Royal Mail.
Please note that JOLU is unable to deliver outside of the UK. JOLU will deliver to most postal areas in the UK, but we are sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. Delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man may not always be possible. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
Please note we do not deliver on Saturdays or English Bank Holidays and we cannot deliver at specific times of day.
To protect our us and our customers from fraudulent credit card use, all orders are subject to security screening and if irregularities are found, the order may not be processed. This may happen for a number of different reasons but we would always alert you if this was the case.
JOLU will accept orders from credit/debit card holders for delivery to an alternative address from the cardholder's address. When sending gifts to its recipient.
Royal Mail said First Class Items can arrive anything between 1-10 Working days.
The majority of items arrive within 1-5 days. - DUE TO STRIKES THIS TIME HAS INCREASED
In cases where you believe an Item may be lost we must leave a minimum of 14 working days from the date of despatch before we can consider resending an item or processing a refund. This can be very frustrating for both customers and ourselves as a small business, but we have to allow time for the parcel to get through the system. In most cases the parcel does arrive within the 14 days period. (DURING THE CURRENT STRIKES PERIOD THIS TIME IS EXTENDED TO 21 DAYS)
We understand your frustrations when waiting on deliveries especially when they are for gifts!!! but we have to sympathise that Royal Mail are doing everything they can to keep on working and supporting the postal service during this time especially when staff shortages and restrictions apply which adds can add extra time to your delivery.
