ONLINE REFUNDS
We offer a full refund within 30 days on ONLINE PURCHASES when the product has not been opened and is unused condition.
*Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

INSTORE RETURNS/REFUNDS
When buying instore our store policy is we ONLY OFFER an EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE -ONLY for all instore purchases. We do not refund.

Please note that customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase. We will need your order confirmation or receipt.

In most cases the parcel does arrive within 1-2 working days.
We supply tracking details for all parcels except first class standard postage.
95% of parcels do arrive but sometimes they are delays.
If the tracking isn’t showing. You can check with your neighbours for delivery, safe place or local postal depot, in case there was an issue with the address or delivering.
Although the aim is 1-2 working days delivery in some cases this may take longer especially during busy periods this is out of our control.
Royal Mail do ask us to allow 14 working day for delivery, please contacting us if there are any delays and we will look into the details.
